If you are deploying Office 2013 in your base image and receive the error 0x4004F00D error you may need to rearm office before you capture.
To do this add the run command before capturing:
cmd.exe /c “%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office15\ospprearm.exe”
